1Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Traviflight®. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Traviflight®, an affiliate of Bookmyairtravel LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, OR TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services independently. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3Services Description
Traviflight® provides online travel booking services, acting as an intermediary between you and airlines/travel suppliers. We facilitate the search, comparison, and booking of airline tickets and related travel services.
Flight Data Technology
Our flight search and booking services are powered by the Duffel API, a leading travel technology platform that provides real-time access to airline inventory, pricing, and booking capabilities. This technology enables us to offer accurate flight information, competitive pricing, and seamless booking experiences across hundreds of airlines worldwide.

Agency Relationship
We act as an agent for airlines and travel suppliers. When you make a booking through Traviflight®, you enter into a contract directly with the airline. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the contract between you and the airline. Each airline's terms and conditions, including their Contract of Carriage, apply to your flight.
4Booking Terms & Conditions
4.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket or booking reference. Until confirmation is received, no contract exists between you and the airline. Payment authorization does not guarantee booking confirmation, as availability may change before processing is complete.
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all travelers. Passenger names must match government-issued identification exactly. Traviflight® is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you, including denied boarding or additional fees for name corrections.
4.3 Price Validity
Displayed prices are subject to availability and may change at any time before booking confirmation. Flight prices are provided by airlines in real-time and may fluctuate based on demand, inventory, and other factors. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the price is locked.
4.4 Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports (with at least 6 months validity for international travel), visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation. Traviflight® is not liable for denied entry or boarding due to inadequate documentation.
4.5 Schedule Changes
Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or aircraft at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, it is your responsibility to verify flight details before travel. We recommend checking your flight status directly with the airline 24-48 hours before departure.
5Pricing, Fees & Payment Terms
Traviflight® is committed to transparent pricing. This section details all fees, charges, and payment terms associated with our services. Please review this information carefully before making a booking.
5.1 Total Price Components
The total price displayed at checkout includes the following components:
Base Fare
The airline's ticket price for the flight(s), which varies based on route, class, and availability.
Taxes & Government Fees
Mandatory taxes including airport taxes, security fees, and government-imposed charges.
Carrier-Imposed Fees
Fuel surcharges, segment fees, and other airline-imposed charges.
Service Fee
Traviflight® booking service fee for processing your reservation.
5.2 Traviflight® Service Fees
The following service fees are charged by Traviflight® for facilitating your booking and providing customer support:

Note: Service fees vary based on complexity, fare class, airline, and route. The specific fee applicable to your booking will be displayed clearly before payment. Service fees are non-refundable once booking services have been provided.
5.3 Airline-Imposed Fees
Airlines may charge additional fees for optional services. These fees are set by the airlines and may include:

Full Payment Required
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not offer payment plans or partial payments for flight bookings.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion fees may be applied by your card issuer for non-USD transactions.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
Price Guarantee
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the quoted price is guaranteed, except for government-imposed tax changes that may occur after booking.
Non-Refundable Service Fees
Traviflight® service fees are non-refundable once booking services have been rendered. This applies even if your flight is subsequently cancelled or changed. Service fees represent payment for the booking services we have already provided to secure your reservation.

By using our Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

7Fare Rules: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
This section outlines the comprehensive fare rules governing cancellations and rescheduling of flight bookings made through Traviflight®. Cancellation charges include both airline-imposed penalties and Traviflight® processing fees. Please review our completeCancellation Policy for additional details.
7.1 Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Cancellation charges are calculated as the sum of Airline Fee + Traviflight® Processing Fee. The following terms and conditions apply to all flight cancellations:
Per Passenger, Per Sector: Cancellation charges are applicable per passenger per flight sector. For round-trip or multi-city bookings, each sector is treated independently.
Discount Adjustments: Any promotional discount, coupon code, or special offer applied to your booking will be adjusted (recovered) from the final refund amount.
Partial Cancellation Restrictions: Partial cancellation cannot be made for tickets booked under special, promotional, or discounted fares. All passengers on the booking must be cancelled together.
No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show (failure to board) or for tickets cancelled after the flight's scheduled departure time, only statutory taxes may be refundable, subject to airline policy.
Airline Penalty Disclaimer: The penalty charged by the airline is indicative only and may change without prior notice. Traviflight® does not guarantee the accuracy of airline penalty information displayed at the time of booking.
Processing Timeline: Cancellation requests will be processed only within the time period specified in the fare rules. Requests submitted after the permitted window may not be eligible for refunds.
Low Fare Exception: If the total flight fare is less than the applicable cancellation penalty, only statutory taxes (if any) will be refundable.
Non-Refundable Discounts: In the event of cancellation, any discount applied to your booking will be non-refundable and will be fully recovered from the refund amount.
7.2 Rescheduling (Date Change) Terms & Conditions
Rescheduling charges are calculated as the sum of Airline Fee + Traviflight® Processing Fee + Fare Difference. The following terms and conditions apply to all flight rescheduling requests:
Airline Penalty Disclaimer: The penalty charged by the airline for rescheduling is indicative only and may change without prior notice. Traviflight® does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
Discount & Fee Adjustments: Any promotional discount or special offer applied to your original booking, if applicable, will be adjusted in the final rescheduling amount.
Processing Timeline: Rescheduling requests will be processed only within the time period permitted by the airline's fare rules. Late requests may not be accommodated.
Fare Difference: The difference in fares between your original booking and the new booking (based on current availability and pricing) will be payable by you at the time of rescheduling.
Route & Airline Changes: Rescheduling may include changes to date, time, sector, and airline, subject to availability and fare rules. Not all fare classes permit route or airline changes.
Non-Changeable Fares: Certain fare types (typically the lowest promotional fares) may be entirely non-changeable. In such cases, your only option may be to cancel and rebook at the prevailing fare.
7.3 Key Points Summary:
- Most tickets are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of booking for flights departing 7+ days later, as per DOT regulations.
- After 24 hours, cancellation and rescheduling fees depend on the airline's fare rules for your specific ticket.
- Traviflight® service fees ($75 for cancellation, $50 for changes) are non-refundable once booking services have been provided.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-30 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Refund amounts for partial cancellations may vary from the displayed per-passenger amount.
Important Notice
The fare rules, penalties, and refund policies displayed at the time of booking are subject to change by the airline without prior notice. Traviflight® acts as an intermediary and is bound by the airline's final determination on all cancellation and change requests. We recommend reviewing the specific fare rules for your booking before making any changes or cancellations. For the most accurate information, please contact our customer support team who can verify the current policies with the airline.
8Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, Traviflight® facilitates bookings but is not the provider of air transportation services. Our liability is limited as follows:
Airline Actions
We are not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost baggage, or any other actions or failures by airlines. Claims for such issues must be directed to the airline.
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by you for the specific booking in question.
Indirect Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or other economic losses, regardless of cause.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bookmyairtravel LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to our Services
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any content you submit or transmit through our Services
- Your failure to comply with travel requirements or regulations
10Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "Traviflight" trademark, are the exclusive property of Bookmyairtravel LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademark Notice
Traviflight® is a registered trademark of Bookmyairtravel LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on our Services are the property of their respective owners.
11Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- • Interfering with website functionality
- • Attempting to bypass security measures
- • Reverse engineering our software
Fraudulent Activities
- • Using stolen payment information
- • Providing false identity information
- • Creating fake bookings
- • Exploiting pricing errors
12Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution Process:
Informal Resolution

Mediation
If informal resolution fails, parties agree to mediation before litigation.
Legal Action
As a last resort, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore, Maryland.
14General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Traviflight®.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
